Application

Due to its surface activity CONTRASPUM K 1012 is an excellent antifoam agent for ceramic bodies.It is compatible with the usual additives, like cellulose, polysaccharides and polyalcohols and prevents their foam formation.
CONTRASPUM K 1012 is applied undiluted or as aqueous solution. The most favourable application quantity should be determined by a test. Generally it is below 0.1 %.
