Application

TRENNEMULSION W 165 is used in the manufacture of plaster moulds, to bring about good separation of the plaster negative cast from the master mould form.
Since TRENNEMULSION W 165 is a water-soluble emulsion system, the absorbency of the plaster moulds is unaffected.
Generally, TRENNEMULSION W 165 is applied thin onto the mould by a brush. However, it can also be sprayed onto the mould after being diluted with water.
TRENNEMULSION W 165 guarantees effective spreading with various application techniques and good separating properties at thin film thickness. The thin film thickness guarantees that the formation of the surface of the negative cast is not influenced.
