Application

ZUSOPLAST G 72 is used in order to improve the flow properties of extrusion bodies in the screw and die. It also reduces the wall friction in the press cylinder.

The formation of lubricating layers that effect a mutual repulsion of the raw material particles, and the binding of water resulting from the high mean molecular weight of the additive, bring about improved plastic properties.

The amount added is ca. 0.5 to 2.0 % based on the solids content.
